• What is private capital funding? Private funding refers to funds from non-public sources, such as institutional and private individuals and groups. Our funding sources include ultra-high-net-worth families, robust trusts, funds, private banks, credit unions, and consortia. It's important to note that private funding is distinct from commercial or traditional lending.
   

• Are there any guarantees? We guarantee a professional review of your project and present it in the best possible light. We guarantee to connect you with one of our legitimate funding sources if there is interest. You can rest assured that we will not waste your time or ours. 
  You will only receive your loan's specific terms and conditions after the funding source completes its due diligence and underwriting; it would not be legal to say we could guarantee funding.
   

• Do you have your own sources, or will my project be shopped around? 
  We have our own funding sources, and your project will not be shopped around. It will be shared only within our exclusive yet extensive group, solely for review and preparation to be presented to the most appropriate funding source.
   

• Are you brokers?
  No, we are a group of seasoned consultants with a wealth of relevant experience. Our hard work and dedication have secured exceptional, legitimate, and trustworthy international funding sources. We consist of CPAs, business development writers, entrepreneurs, etc.
   

• Do you fund internationally?
  Yes, we do. However, our funding sources avoid countries affected by war or political corruption. We could share Tombstones for some recently funded international projects.
   

• What size and scope of a project can your Funding Sources handle?
  Our Funding Sources are particularly busy with a multitude of incoming international projects, which is why they entrust us as mandates to handle the traffic. They most frequently receive project funding requests that range from tens of millions to several billions.
